Application for Tenancy

A copy of our Application for Tenancy is available on this website for you to print out and fax through to our office with the relevant supporting documents. Alternatively,you can fill in the application form, scan it, and email to rentals@lambertsmollen.com.au 

Please note, you must physically inspect the property you are applying for before you can sign a tenancy agreement.

If your application is approved, you must pay a holding deposit equivalent to one weeks rent to secure the property.

We endeavour to process your tenancy application as quickly as possible, however,this process can take longer depending on whether we are able to contact all your referees.

By filling in the application form correctly and in full and providing all supporting documents,the application can be processed faster.
