An ongoing innovative mail drop campaign is
planned for the year, keeping Lambert Smollen
in the forefront of potential customer's minds.
We also use our systems to monitor and manage
the effectiveness of the campaign process to
ensure we are hitting the right customers all
the time.
Database Marketing
Our Customer Management Systems (CMS)
ensures that we keep in contact with our clients
as and when you need us, without being to intrusive.
CMS enables us to keep you informed at all times
on specific items to look for in your new home
and what is happening locally.
Colour Copier and Printer
In an effort to ensure that our clients
have access to the finest quality brochures,
the company decided to purchase a digital colour
copier/printer/scanner and digital cameras.
In addition, we use in house and external facilities
to ensure we provide our customers with the
best possible presentation for their home. Two
of the most current graphic art packages were
installed onto the computer to ensure premium
quality brochures to distribute during the marketing
campaign.

Our Sales Consultants are now able,
as always, to provide you with details on your
home, by way of a Comparable Market Analysis
(CMA), enabling you the Customer, to better
understand the market value of your home.
