ROBIN
KERR – PRINCIPAL Robin Kerr commenced his experience in the Real Estate Industry in 1980 with P.R.D Realty’s Corporate Office in Surfers Paradise. |
This was during the 1980-81 boom period when
P.R.D were very actively selling high rise units
off the plan and establishing their Residential
Division.
After three years spent marketing Prestige Towers,
he then moved to the Unit Division selling units
in all the major high rise buildings along the
strip from Main Beach to Broadbeach.
Then in 1988 he joined the Special Projects
Division and became associated with the sale
of hotels, motels, commercial buildings, resorts,
broad acreage, auction of 33 Westpac Banks on
lease back plan, large nurseries and many other
commercial projects.
After 13 years with P.R.D Realty in head office,
he joined Rheema Resorts and was very involved
in the marketing and sale of the French Quarter
development at Hasting Street Noosa.
After acquiring his Real Estate Agents Licence,
he then established his own agency at Monterey
Keys. In 1999 he acquired Lambert Smollen Estate
Agents at Bundall. Then in 2003, moved to the
office’s present location at Hope Island.
Robin Kerr has great faith in the North Shore
area which has a great future located on the
northern end of the Gold Coast.Major Development
is currently taking place across Hope Island
with its golf courses and waterways it is much
in demand for its great lifestyle and easy access
to the Broadwater and fishing.

POLAND – PROPERTY MANAGER Jean Poland is a fully qualified Property Manager in New South Wales and Queensland who has been working in the Real Estate Industry since finishing school in 1999. |
Jean enjoys the challenge of managing investment properties and being a landlord herself, she understands the needs and expectations of her clients.
Jean is a highly motivated and pro active member of the team who is looking forward to taking Lambert Smollen’s Property Management Department to the next level.

HINZE - RECEPTIONIST Nadine Hinze commenced employment at Lambert Smollen in March 2005, undertaking a Business Administration Traineeship. |
Nadine is determined to study hard during 2005 to complete her traineeship and hopes to progress into the Property Management Department in the future.
